The People & Culture Department at START Nuremberg is dedicated to nurturing our community and empowering our most valuable asset – our people. Additionally, we manage onboarding and offboarding events, as well as internal gatherings for STARTies, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all.

The primary responsibility of the IT department is to embrace and tackle all IT challenges, collaborating closely with other departments to drive optimisation and deliver effective IT solutions. Our vision is to create an IT-enabled START Nuremberg that leverages modern technological advancements to benefit both our members and students.
